November 7, 2016

 

  • The Annual Dodgeball Smackdown will be on Friday, November 18th from 6-8:30 in the gym. Sign ups will be Tuesday, November 15th during lunch and after school from 2:05-2:30. Entry fee is $24 per team. See Miss Fagnant with any questions.

  • Book Fair open (Advisory - period 7).Last days for the Book Fair are Today & Wed 11/9. The Book Fair will be open during Parent Conferences.

  • MathCounts meets Wednesday in Room 208 until 3PM.

  • National Junior Honor Society will meet in Room 308 after school on Thursday. See Mrs. Charest or Mrs. O’Keefe if you cannot attend.

  • NaNoWriMo writers - just a reminder to keep writing! 24 days left in November including today …

  • Mock Trial will be Thursday in Room 309.  See Mr. Rafanelli with any questions

  • Last days for the Book Fair are Mon 11/7 & Wed 11/9. The Book Fair will be open during Parent Conferences.  

  • Mock Trial meeting Today after school in Room 309.  See Mr. Rafanelli with any questions.

  • NaNoWriMo begins November 1- writers, make sure you are registered on the new beta site BEFORE that date!  We will be meeting November 2 in the 2nd floor computer lab on November 2 until 3PM.  See Ms. Sawyer with any questions.

  • Holiday Coat Drive for Kids in Care  Foster Forward, in collaboration with North Smithfield Middle School and High School, is collecting new and clean/gently used coats and winter items to be donated to kids and youth in state care. Help our kids stay warm this winter. Gloves, mittens and scarves will also be collected (all sizes are welcome). There will be a marked box located in the main hallway of the school for donations. Winter items will be collected now until December 9th.

  • The next CSFirst computer club meeting is this Thursday, November 3 in room 209.  Please plan for pick up at 3PM.
